From what time can I check in?

You can check in from 3:00 p.m.

How late can I check out?

You must check out by 12 noon.

My flight arrives at the end of the night; Is it possible to check in at a late hour?

Our staff is available at the hotel 24 hours a day. You can therefore make your check-in at a late hour without any problems.

My flight arrives early in the morning; Is it possible to check in early?

Please note that check-in must be made at any time after 3:00 pm. However, if there are rooms available upon arrival, it is possible to check in early. You can also take advantage of the hotel’s public spaces and leave your luggage for free.

My flight departs at the end of the day; Is it possible to check out late?

If you wish to retain your room after 12:00, please contact the hotel reception. All rooms are subject to availability, if we have it we will be happy to provide a late check-out. If it is not possible, you can store your luggage and take advantage of our public spaces until the time of departure.

Is there wireless internet in the hotel?

There is free wireless internet throughout the hotel.

Is breakfast included in the room?

Yes. Also included is a buffet lunch, massage, etc …

Is there room service?

Yes.

Is there a laundry service?

Yes.

Is there a shuttle service?

We can book a shuttle.

Pets allowed?

No.

Can I order a bouquet if you want to surprise someone?

Yes.

Can I use the spa and pool for free?

Free swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool. We also have a hand massage included in the value of the stay.

Are there activities or areas for children?

Living room with children’s books, DVD for children and plenty of outdoor space.

The hotel has parking?

Yes, the hotel has free outdoor parking.
